“Be passionate about baking and cooking and enter it with Love.” At the age of 22, I began to cook because I had to. I was a single parent and had the awesome responsibility of caring for my baby boy - my gift from God. I was dedicated to making sure that he received the very best in life. Thus, I began cooking and baking. I began to research and study about food and its nutritional value. It was an accomplishment for me to cook fresh wholesome home-cooked meals for my son instead of purchasing fast-food.
